Internet Explorer 5+(Windows)

1. In the Tools menu, select "Internet Options..."
2. Click on the Security tab.
3. Click on the "Custom Level" button.
4. Scroll down to the "Scripting" section. Under "Active Scripting" select Enable.
5. Click OK. Click OK again.
6. Close your web browser and launch it again. You should now be able to log into NeighborhoodScout.

Netscape 7+/Mozilla 1.2/Firefox (all platforms)

1. Under the Edit menu, select Preferences. Mac OS X: Under the Mozilla menu, select Preferences.
2. In the left pane, under the "Advanced" heading, click on "Scripts & Plugins". If the arrow to the left of "Advanced" is pointing to the right, click on it to reveal the submenus.
3. In the right pane, under the heading "Enable JavaScript for", select Navigator.
4. Click OK.
5. Close your web browser and launch it again. You should now be able to log into NeighborhoodScout.
